The national standard flange is mainly a component that connects pipes to each other. According to structural types, there are integral flanges, loose flanges, and threaded flanges. Common integral flanges include flat welding flanges and butt welding flanges. Flange fittings refer to fittings with flanges (flanges or flanges). It can be cast, threaded or welded. Flange connection refers to a pair of flanges, a gasket, and several bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the two flange sealing surfaces. After tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the gasket surface reaches a certain value and deforms, filling the uneven areas on the sealing surface to ensure a tight and leak free connection. Flange connection is a detachable connection. There are holes on the flange that can be threaded with bolts to tightly connect the two flanges, and gaskets are used to seal between the flanges. According to the connected components, it can be divided into container flanges and pipe flanges.
Materials: forged steel, WCB carbon steel, stainless steel, 316L, 316, 304L, 304, 321, chromium molybdenum steel, chromium molybdenum vanadium steel, molybdenum titanium material.
Product Features
Butt welding flange: used for butt welding of flanges and pipes. It has a reasonable structure, high strength and stiffness, can withstand high temperature, high pressure, repeated bending and temperature fluctuations, and has reliable sealing performance. The nominal pressure of 0.25-2.5MPa for butt welding flanges adopts a concave convex sealing surface.
Different forms of flanges have different values and functions in use, and they should be used in the correct way and principle to ensure good quality inspection during use.
Pipeline flanges can be divided into five basic types based on their connection to pipes: flat welding flanges, butt welding flanges, threaded flanges, socket welding flanges, and loose fitting flanges. There are various types of sealing surfaces for flanges, commonly including convex surface (RF), concave surface (FM), concave convex surface (MFM), tenon groove surface (TG), full plane (FF), and ring connection surface (RJ).
The implementation standards include GB series (national standards), JB series (mechanical department), HG series (chemical department), ASME B16.5 (American standard), BS4504 (British standard), DIN (German standard), JIS (Japanese standard), CBM (ship standard).
